Frequently Asked Questions
Our space is 1400 square feet and it features a hanging bed, beautiful lighting, hand painted murals, and movable props. We welcome All Photographers and all photoshoots; Boudoir shoots, Model shoots, Engagement shoots, Anniversary/Wedding Shoots, Family Shoots, Professional/Branding shoots, Podcast or YouTube videos.

Venue & Scheduling
Where do I park?
There is metered Parking directly in front of building on Elm St. There is a parking lot 1 block east on Elm St for $5-$7
How big is the Studio?
Painted Lens Studio is 1400 sq/ft
Capacity?
Our studio is able to hold 40 ppl
Is the building secured?
There is 24 hr security in the building and can be reached at the front desk of main building.
Can I arrive early or stay late?
Please keep in mind there may be another rental scheduled before your rental time. Please book an adequate amount of hours for set up time, shooting time, & cleaning. Do not arrive before your scheduled time and do not stay longer than the time booked. If you realize you will need more time during your rental please call us at 817-760-9606 and we will confirm if there is availability for you to stay longer. You will be expected to pay for any additional hours used.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule rental?
Refunds will NOT be given after booking. If you need to change or cancel your rental time you can do so within 4 hours of booking. There will be a credit given that can be used towards future rental if need to reschedule. This credit does not expire.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Please use caution when bringing food or drinks into studio. We ask that you not eat or drink on furniture. Please dispose of trash properly.
Is there a restroom?
The restrooms are on the same floor as the studio space, down the hall on the right. Women restroom has a code. The code is 3151
Is the Studio rental private?
Yes. No other shoot will be scheduled during your time of rental
Services & Equipment
Are the props and furniture included with rental?
Yes. We have lots of prop furniture which is included with rental. All props & furniture are movable except for the hanging bed.
The Hanging Bed?
For Your safety Please No Swinging, No Jumping in bed. Please do not Climb the ropes of the Bed. The maximum weight limit for bed is 550 pounds
What is “Open Shoot”?
Open Shoot is a period of time any customers, photographers, models are welcomed to come in and take photos for $25 per person. This is offered 1 day per week. You can pay at the door, no appointment necessary. Please understand that this option is less expensive because it is not private Rental.
Is lighting equipment available with rental?
Although we are a natural lighting Studio, We currently have 1 soft box lighting and 1 reflector in the studio. This equipment is included with Rental
Is there a Photographer included with Rental?
No. Customer is responsible for booking photographers. We can provide recommendations for local photographers upon request.
